BOOKING POLICY:
At the time of booking, a $50-$300(depending on session) non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and time. Your session fee deposit can be made in the form of credit card via Pixieset Booking site. Appointments made without a deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Sessions must be paid in full prior to the shoot date or immediately after the shoot via Credit card through booking site.
LATE FEE:
An additional $15 surcharge will be added on all sessions where the client is beyond 15 minutes late and $30 or result in cancellation when the client is beyond 30 minutes late.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you are unable to make your portrait session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 48-hour advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session. The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations.
IMAGE POLICY:
Image proofs are returned to the client 48 hours from when they are taken. Images take approximately 2 weeks from when the client selects images to be retouched. If a client would like the unedited images (jpg file format) without a watermark a release fee of half the original shoot rate is required.
MODEL RELEASE:
The CLIENT hereby assigns LyssaLens Photography the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction. The CLIENT releases all claims to profits that may arise from the use of images.
